Need to lose weight but am unmotivated. Your story rings a bell and has inspired me.

Just like you said; I work out 3 to 5 times a week. I haven’t lost any inches or weight. It is hard when you get older. I will be 60 years old October. I just keep gaining. Please help me.

Hey what a great story. I am a 26 year old with two little boys, I am taking college courses, and I also work as a manager therefore I dont have time to go to a gym. I am 5′9 and weighs 215 pounds I need help desperately.

The first step is: go to the gym. You need to use the machines, and the weights.

The second step is: listen to all your reasons why you cannot, and just do it.

The third step is: after one week (3 days) you will be sore! And that means you are burning fat while you sleep. The soreness is good.

The reason people are not losing weight and working out 3 times a week, doing other programs is because they are not working out PROPERLY. The muscles have to be worked out a very specific way for maximum results. This was the secret.

If you do not have time to go to the gym, then this is a problem. You have to make time. When I say I do not have time, it is because I really don’t want it bad enough.

I understand it is harder when you get older. However, Dr. Paul Kennedy is older. He developed the system. Older people, and senior citizens are improving their strength and fitness level by doing the Kennedy System.

When you are unmotivated, it because you are not happy with what you see in the mirror, you do not feel strong and healthy. You also probably have given up. Working on your body is the product, or the result from first loving yourself. Giving yourself what you know is good for you. So, you may have to go deeper than that. Wanting to work out evolves from many decisions one makes about what they want out of life.

I find having a work out partner makes it much more fun, and you can encourage each other. I highly recommend it.
